Overdue

Before the start of the December vacation, i had a list of tasks to do:

1. Repair my computer CPU,
2. Format my laptop,
3. Develop USA' photos,
4. Send a letter to USA to close my bank account.

And so far, the tasks of 2007 have been procrastinated over to the 2008.

Well, i don't know how to repair my CPU.

I don't want to reinstall everything on my laptop, and it is very troublesome to backup 18gb of photos, 6gb of music and other stuff without an external hard-disk.

It is very daunting having to choose the photos i want to develop out of 5000+++ photos. Furthermore, to prevent the photo shop from anyhow cropping away portion that i want of my 4:3 photos to fit into their 3:2 4R photo paper, it means i have to manually crop every photo myself.

And my US bank account is currently in deficit amount and there is a chance of them asking me to send them money when i request the closure of my account. Other choice is to leave it as it is.

So it seems, i have my reasons for procrastinating. Haha.


XY was leaving Singapore and so we had a mini farewell dinner for her at Clarke Quay on tuesday.

So we made a photo collage for her and had dinner at Riverside Indonesian Restaurant...

The food was very nice and after that, went to have some dessert at the nearby Ricciotti. It has 50% discount on their desserts after 9pm everyday and i must say their desserts are superb.

Each one is between $6 to $8 and it is only a small piece. But with 50% discount, it is purely indulgence...

The desserts are exquisitely made and truly delicious. Although they are really small, but they are so good they surely worth the price.

So after the delighting desserts, it was time to bid farewell....
