It's hot in here...

It was d'Hoppers Welcome Tea on Tuesday (22 Jan'08) and we had to put up a short performance for the interested newcomers.

For this performance, we have been practising since Dec and into full force in Jan. It was like practising 5 days in a week and always till 10pm or what.

Anyway, the theme of our performance as set by Zee was hot pink and black and because we had too many people, the performance was divided into the 'Girls' and'Guys'.

Our dance also has some mini plot in it that revolves between the girls and guys. A little bit of acting too...

Other than performance, for this Welcome Tea, the people who attended watched a short clip about our club activities and also learned some dance steps during the open class.

It was meant to give them a preview of what they will be having next time.

And somehow when the attendees didnt seem that much, our classes were soon full. Just like the previous semesters.

But we had limited spaces, so in the end, had to reject some.

Anyway, we still have 1 more performance coming up this Sunday at Funkamania's finals at Youth Park.

So it means practising on this thursday, friday and saturday!

And it also means i have yet to sit down and study - a wish i set on New Year Day. Haha.
