Huh?

Today I had my first lab of the semester...

Probably the only lab that at the end, i didnt know what we are supposed to do...

Prior to the lab, the manual showed many procedures and seemed like lots of preparation has to be done.

In the end, for Experiment 1, we just punched a hole in the filter paper and put it into a conical flask!

Viola! That's the end of the experiment!

Huh, you means that's it?

Yes! All i heard from the lab assistant were 'Don't worry too much', 'I will email the results', 'You want can do, don't want to do also can'.....

So an experiment that was supposed to take 3 hours ended in 2 mins. Then we proceeded to another experiment which by right was supposed to be during another day.

Anyway, at least for the second one, we did something, though it was more like customary rather than really doing the experiment for results. And we followed him around looking at him using the machines. Basically, we like did nothing for 3 hours.

All in all, he will email us everything. We just need to sit back and wait.


Hmmm... later people actually think ESE is very slack how? Ha
