The feeling of doing duty again after a long break was indeed unbearable. Hiaz... I still have 4 more duties to go (yeah, thanks to those 2 people).

Anyway, for my last duty, some interesting had happpened... Mario, a Power98 DJ, wanted to save his precious time by not using the designated pedestrain walkway. So when cutting across, Victor shouted 'EXCUSE ME!' at him and pointed at the walkway. It is the same walkway where we were doing our duty also... Victor also told him that he has to use the walkway...

While actually i wanted to let him go at first cuz it was not his first time doing this... But Victor had already asked him to walked this way. Then, Mario reacted violently. He shouted back at victor, saying he was very rude to him by pointing. Hmm.... Victor was actually pointing at the road where we were standing and not at him! Then he walked right in front of us and continued lashing at Victor. Well, Victor did apologize to him...

Nevermind, so he walked off. Still shouting into the air with his very ang moh accent, and said "You dont point your finger! Im not a prisoner! BASTARD!" Oh whatever.

Later he came back again and asked Victor for his name. He wanted to complain to our officer. While Victor was writing, I said to him, "I dont think it is right for you to say the word 'BASTARD' just now!" He actually pretended he din hear me and din say anything but he showed a guilty expression. Obviously, he knew he was wrong. Nevermind. He continued his lashing and when he was about to walk off, he actually said something ridiculous....

"Is it because of the colour of my skin? That's why you all trying to make things difficult for me? I've gotten that a lot of times before!"

That was so DUH! He actually thought we are racist. I said, "I dont know why you actually think that way!!" But apparently he din hear me. He was walking off already. So later our PC came and asked us what exactly happened. The main point was he actually used the word 'BASTARD' on us and thought we were racist. Victor might be rude with his tone, facial expression and finger-pointing when asking Mario to walk the walkway, but he was worse by saying 'BASTARD'.

In the end, PC, as expected said Victor should be more tactful next time and that he was wrong in the first place. But he also complimented him for asking him to use the walkway. That was what we were supposed to do. Then he also said Mario had apologized for his use of that word. Lastly, as for the racist thing, PC said it was his own perception and so is not our problem. So that's it.

Yes, that's it! A sad thing isn it? We always have to face such things and we always cant do anything much. Where's justice? I still remember last time a doctor had used remarks 'You all have no brain!' and 'You all are like walking zombie!' on me. Damn him. In the end, only an email had been sent to the chief clerk of CMPB's medical centre for enlistees. That's it.

Perhaps all these unprofessional behaviours should be reported to the relevant authorities and made them lose their jobs. Mwahahaha.....
