Where is the Love?

PM said he will donate his increased pay for the next 5 years, hence holding on to his current salary level.

Hmmm... So does this mean previously, he saves all his salary, and not even donating part of it when the holy mission of being a political leader is to serve the nation and help her people? How about other ministers? Or they are already quietly donating their salary?

While they argued the need to close the salary gap between private sector and leaders, in the process, the rich-poor gap is widening more, since all civil servants become even richer?

So irony.

Oh damn! I thought there still exists a puny hope that the money from the coming GST hike can be used to 'afford' for upgrading in my little opposition estate.

But now, it seems it is all going into others' wealth-accumulating pockets instead. Sighs.
