Fall, fallen, fell, felled.

Just for info.....

fell

tr.v. felled, fell·ing, fells
  1. To cause to fall by striking; cut or knock down: fell a tree; fell an opponent in boxing.

  2. To kill: was felled by an assassin's bullet.

So, the tree felled across the tree was somewhere correct. It did experience some kind of force that caused it to fell.

But if it is wrong, just a grammar mistake lor.

HahaZ k sorry lar~!!! *aiya* coS I only heard of people felling trees as an occupation before...never heard of a tree 'has FELLED' mah~

& it is like...doesn't fit the context also...sounds so weird~??? *lol*

Somemore the article go & say:

"A fallen tree along Lornie Road caused a massive traffic jam on Wednesday night~"

HahaZ so I instinctively thought the tree fell by itself one lor~
